◈ Concept Sprint (₹7,500, credited if you proceed) = first step
towards custom plans.
◈ Build-ready 2D/3D released only after retainer.
◈ Using our concepts elsewhere without licence = Misuse Fee
(₹9,800).
Design Use Policy
First we try to resolve amicably. If not, arbitration in Jaipur.
Dispute Resolution
We only use your contact/project data to serve your project. We don’t sell it.
Privacy & Data
Work follows signed drawings/BOQ. Extra ideas after sign-off = new cost/time approval.
Changes & Variations
Standard: 50% advance, 40% during, 10% on completion. Late fees may apply.
Payments
Plants covered 30–90 days (if care followed). Workmanship (irrigation/hardscape) covered 12 months.
Warranties
We keep ownership of all designs until fully paid. If you want to build elsewhere,
you can buy a Design-Only Licence.
